Blurb:

I graduated from the Robert Gordon University in 2011 with a 2:1 Honours degree in Physiotherapy. After running a successful physiotherapy practice in Aberdeen for 8 months, whilst studying hard to complete exams and University courses to transfer stateside, I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada to work as a Physical Therapist in a Rehabilitation Hospital. In September 2014 I joined the D1 Sports Medicine Team, running their Las Vegas PT clinic in Summerlin, where I work with top sports orthopaedic surgeons. In September 2015 I made the decision to work part time and train full time, but also develop my skills as a Sports PT under the guidance of Ron Gallagher and began working at Maximum Velocity, specialising in Education and Performance.

I began Triathlon in 2009 when I qualified for the age-group Great Britain team. I competed for GB Age Group from 2009-2011 in wonderful locations all over the world. After moving to the States I began working towards the half ironman distance and working towards achieving professional athletic status. I have now completed in a handful of 70.3 Ironman events and my first Ironman this year in Whistler, Canada.

Just under one year ago I started Mountain Biking and have now raced and won a few MTB events and Xterra Triathlon races. After placing 4th amateur overall at Xterra National Championships with little to no guidance in the sport of Xterra I felt like I had found my niche and passion – trails! Under the coaching of Lesley Paterson – 3-time Xterra World Champion and fellow Scot – I will finish out this season and then begin next season as a professional XTERRA athlete and compete in the Pro US circuit.

I spend the winter trail running, riding and snowboarding. I love the adventure and challenge that these different sports bring.

I also love music. I have a few original songs and covers recorded on a separate page, which I would like to share.

My goal is to become a Redbull athlete and take this sport as far as i can, pushing limits and boundaries
